Then,
Accr'ding to the question :-

x % of th' 200 dollars. = 40 dollars

[tex]\dfrac{x}{100}[/tex] × 200 dollars. = 40 dollars.

x × 2 dollars. = 40 dollars.

x = [tex]\dfrac {40}{2}[/tex]

x = 20

Hence,
The required % is = 20 %
