I mean a parent would get worried at an injury but head and spinal injuries can be very serious and sometimes hard to catch. Like brain bleeds and etc

Answer: parents and doctors get very worried if a child gets a head or spinal injury because the spinal cord supports the whole body. So, if any damage is done than the child may become disable. Its the same case with a head injury. Brain cells cannot reproduce, so if there is any damage done it is permanent.
