The voltage remain constant

According to Ohm's Law:

V = IR

If we halved the resistance let:

R'=R/2

then

I'=21 in order to kept the Voltage same. Also the resistance is the opposition to the current. So, if resistance will halved then obviously current will double

So when we put these value in to Ohm's Law the results is:

V'=I'R'

V'=21(R/2)

V'-IR which is equal to first voltage. Hence,

V'=V

So, the voltage remains same
